RATES: All rates are quoted per person based on double occupancy

DEPOSIT: For confirmation of lodging, transportation, optional guided activities, or heli-venture, a deposit of 50% of the package total is due at time of booking.

FINAL PAYMENT: Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. For arrival within 60 days, full payment is due immediately for confirmation. Final payment will be processed automatically to the credit card provided for advance deposit unless alternate arrangements have been made by guest.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation is permitted up to 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits on record at that time will be refunded in full less a booking fee of $100/CAD per person. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival, all deposits on record are 100% non-refundable.
