The Small Letters

• All rates are quoted in Canadian funds. Payment in US currency is possible but is subject to exchange rate fluctuation at the time of payment conversion.
• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. Booking is subject to availability and rates are subject to change.
• Flight change fee of $200/CAD applies to all airline ticket changes within 48 hours of travel and fare is non-refundable if cancelled.
• A deposit representing 50% of the total cost of booking is due at the time of reservations. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically to the credit card on file unless alternate arrangements have been made.
• Cancellation is permitted up to 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits on record at that time will be refunded in full, less a fee of $100/CAD per person. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival do not qualify for a refund.
• Pets are allowed, subject to restrictions, and signed pet policy.
